Event Terms and Conditions

Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 10 participants is required to book any of these packages.

Reservation: All bookings must be made in advance.

Adjustments and Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your experience. Anything past this time you may still be charged the original amount. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Payment: 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The full balance must be cleared 24 hours prior to your experience.

Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time and will join at the scheduled start.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event may receive a full refund. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Health and Safety: Participants are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines. Non-compliance may result in removal from the experience without a refund.

Liability: By participating in the activities, guests acknowledge any inherent risks and agree to release the organizers from any liability.

Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Photography: We may capture images and videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in our materials.

Modifications: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of participants to review them prior to attending.
